Keele River

After a breathtaking floatplane flight over the Mackenzie Mountains we swooped down to land on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Keele River in the Northwest Territories. Two weeks of canoeing and hiking adventure awaited! Truly one of the most beautiful places on the planet. This One-of-a-kind landscape bead is made by creating two discs, one for the mountains and one for the river, then slowly melting them down in the flame while pushing and pulling the colours to create a dynamic landscape. The organic feel of this bead is a result of the addition of a tiny bit of reactive silver-rich glass.
